Are food and beverages permitted?

Yes you can bring one beverage per person on the boat that fit in our cup holders. For safety no glass bottles or containers of any kind. One small 6×12 inch bag maximum per person is okay for snacks / personal items. We have a cooler on board with one complimentary bottle of water per person.

Is the boat and waterfall tour handicap accessible?

The size of the boat cannot accommodate wheelchairs or walking aids. The walk to the dock is several hundred feet on an unpaved path. There are 35 stair steps to the waterfall patio.

Is there a restroom?

Not on the boat, however there is an indoor bathroom at our Waterfall patio.

Are children permitted?
For the consideration, safety and enjoyment of everyone, children under 8 on public tours and under 3 on private tours are not permitted.
Are pets permitted?
For the consideration, safety and enjoyment of everyone, pets are not permitted.
Is there a charge for parking?
No, there is complimentary space for one car per 2 or more people.
Does the boat accommodate for shade?

Yes there is a bimini that covers the mid and aft seating sections. The fore of seating section is not covered but has large space to put your legs up and feel close to water.

When is weather a factor?
Your Captain is USCG licensed, your safety and enjoyment is our top priority. The tour will be canceled and rescheduled if there is rain, wind over 12 knots or temperatures under 50 degrees Fahrenheit. In questionable weather, please call the morning of your tour to confirm the tour status.
What is the refund policy?
If your tour is canceled due to weather the tour can be rescheduled based on availability. If there is no availability for the date you would like to reschedule 100% of your payment will be refunded. For all other situations a tour must be canceled 30 days or more in advance for 100% refund. Reservations within 30 days or less are not refundable.
What should I bring on the tour?

You will want a camera as the sites are amazing! Recommend a beverage, snack, sunscreen, dock or water shoes, sun glasses, light jacket, appropriate clothing attire for weather conditions and your best smile!

Do you have life jackets on board?
Yes, one USCG floatation jacket for every person on board.
Is boat seating comfortable?
All 6 seats are spacious and cushioned for extreme comfort.
Can you get out of the boat to swim?
For your safety and the schedule of the tour there is no time for swimming.
How far is Falling Waters Boat Tours from Watkins Glen NY?

Just a 5 minute drive and at the beginning of Seneca Lake’s famed Wine trail.

Can you smoke on the tour?

For the consideration of others, no smoking or vaping permitted.
